This website is provided by Okanagan Money Academy, 1632 Water Street, Suite 210, Kelowna, BC V1Y 1J7, Canada. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@growthpixo.com or asked by telephone on (250) 763-4180; it helps if you name the page your question concerns.

These terms apply to all pages published under growthpixo.com, to the material available there and to inquiries sent through the site. The version in force when you open a page is the one that applies to that visit. Where a separate written agreement has been concluded with Okanagan Money Academy, that agreement prevails.

Permitted use

The website may be used for lawful purposes only. Do not try to access parts of the site that are not meant for visitors, disrupt its operation, overload it or copy its content with automated tools, and do not use the contact form for advertising or unlawful messages.

Content and intellectual property

All texts, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Okanagan Money Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written permission, except for private, non-commercial use. Company names and marks shown here may be protected even where no ownership symbol appears.

If you have a complaint

If you are not satisfied with our work or with something published on this website, please write to hello@growthpixo.com and describe the matter, the page concerned and the outcome you want. We confirm receipt and answer as soon as we can. Both parties will first try to settle a disagreement directly.

Access and maintenance

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages can be temporarily unreachable because of maintenance, technical faults or interruptions at our hosting provider. We may change, restrict or discontinue parts of the site without notice and are not obliged to keep any page online.
